Cegrisa marks 40 years as the Canary Islands' reference for bathrooms, kitchens and flooring, a sector where big-box retail and automated service have steadily encroached. The campaign is built on a simple truth: the difference lies in real, person-to-person advice with the professional judgement to choose well.

The story opens with a customer wondering whether the assistant in front of her is a person or an AI — 'How AI has advanced, my goodness' — and unfolds into a shop-floor conversation that resolves the real day-to-day doubts: matte or gloss, thermoregulated or classic, fixed shower screen or sliding door. A 30% promotion is woven in organically, without sales-pitch tail, inside a story about generational loyalty: 'we did Mercedes's bathroom and now her daughter Lucía's kitchen too'.
Full production by Flywus Studios for agency Monroe Pizza: direction, cinematography and post in the Canary Islands. A luminous look with wardrobe and props in vibrant tones that bring life against the neutral retail backdrop. Deliverables: long-form piece plus three 20-second cuts in horizontal and vertical formats, with and without the promotional claim, for regional Canary Islands broadcast on TV and digital over three years.
