Differentiation is key for the restaurant and comes from two sides: the environment it sits in and the creation of signature dishes that straddle Canarian tradition and Eastern cooking. A fusion of flavours that demanded nothing distract the eye from the plate; minimalism was the obvious choice so attention could land on every single dish being photographed.

Featuring the hands of kitchen and dining-room staff in some of the images reinforces the idea of artisanal work, quality raw produce and market-fresh ingredients, close to the final diner.
